The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Powland pays if we made an error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). The customer pays for "buyer’s remorse" or orders made by mistake.

Yes! For simple issues, we can provide free replacement parts and repair guidance. This is often faster and more convenient for large items.

Once we inspect your return, we process refunds within 3 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.

You must refuse the package upon delivery. Your refund will be processed once the package returns to our warehouse, and shipping costs will be deducted.

Once the 30-day period expires, returns are no longer accepted. However, your product may still be covered under our Warranty Policy for repairs.
